Redevelopment for Millennium Hotel Property Moves Forward

Gateway Arch Park Foundation has selected The Cordish Companies to redevelop the Millennium Hotel property adjacent to the iconic St. Louis Gateway Arch. Plans for the site include residential units, office space, an amphitheater, food hall, and more.

How We Got Here: The Foundation worked with Greater St. Louis, Inc., St. Louis Development Corporation, PGAV, the City of St. Louis, and other partners to bring about what Cordish Principal Blake Cordish called a “once-in-a-generation moment to reimagine and continue to reinvigorate Downtown’s urban core.”

Why This Matters: “St. Louis is the best city in America, and this new project will help our ongoing efforts to once again have the safest, most vibrant, most beautiful, and best Downtown in America,” said Dustin Allison, Interim CEO of Greater St. Louis, Inc. (First Alert 4/KMOV)
