Momentum continues to build near Energizer Park as AHM Group plans to begin construction on “The 314,” a 29-story mass-timber high-rise in the 2100 block of Locust Street. The residential building — with 287 units, 7th-floor restaurant, retail space, and more — will be one of the tallest mass timber buildings in the world. (CityScene STL)

Opening This Spring: The Moniker

A new cocktail lounge and restaurant is set to open this spring just west of America’s Center. The Moniker, located at 1000 Washington Ave., is more than just a bar — it’s a personal dream realized for owner Jordaryl Logan who found his passion for hospitality while working at Downtown spots like One Cardinal Way and the Four Seasons. March 30: Downtown Double Soccer Day

St. Louis CITY SC will host its first-ever doubleheader matchday at Energizer Park Sunday, March 30. A special CITY Block Party on Lou Fusz Plaza will kick off the day at 10 a.m., and fans can shop the 2025 Ravioli Boyz collection (T-shirts, hat, scarf, and patches), nosh on food from Steve’s Hot Dogs and Balkan Treat Box, and enjoy yard games, giveaways and other activities including a Bloody Mary Bar for fans over 21. (St. Louis CITY SC)  

History Tour Meets Bar Crawl

Curated walking tours throughout Downtown St. Louis — Tours & Pours — are happy hour events designed to celebrate Downtown‘s rich architectural history and unique restaurants and bars. Meeting points and stops are revealed the day of the tour, and tickets include a drink and snack along the way. Tickets are $25, and Tours & Pours is presented by Greater St. Louis, Inc. in partnership with Disco! and the Missouri Historical Society.
