New Grants Support Downtown
New grant funding from the City of St. Louis’ Community Development Administration will fund four community projects spanning seven different neighborhoods — including Downtown. The grants, totally $1.14 million, come from the city’s economic development sales tax, and will be used to “turn neighborhood priorities into action.” (St. Louis Public Radio)
Anthem Moves 500 Employees Downtown
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield cut the ribbon Monday on its new location inside the Deloitte Building at 4th and Market, moving 500 employees to the heart of Downtown St. Louis. “I describe Downtown as the heartbeat of a city because it reflects its energy and people and potential,” said Stephanie Vojicic, President, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Missouri.
